Photo Tile

From Little Miss Crafty Pants:

Items Needed:

12 x 12 Tile (I used a smooth matte finished piece of tile)
Spray Adhesive
Modge Podge (decoupage)
Scissors
Sponge Brush
12 x 12 printed picture

Make sure the picture is cut to fit the 12 x 12 tile. (I printed my picture at home using my Epson printer that does 12 x 12s. I had a little excess paper on the side of my picture so I turned the picture upside down, placed my tile on the back of the picture and I traced around the tile with my pencil. Then I cut on the pencil line, so now my picture will fit perfectly on the tile.
Spray the tile with your spray adhesive. Press your picture on the tile. Let it dry. "Paint" modge podge over your picture to seal it over the tile. Let dry

*If your picture bubbles because of the modge podge wait until it's nearly dry then gently press down with your finger until it sticks.

Good Luck!

This has become one of my favorite crafts of all time. They will make perfect gifts!

Photo Home Decor

I love this decorating idea from IT's a girl thing:

Found this lil craft over at Treasury of Memories. Click on the link to see a bigger pic. To create, all you'll need are three 5x5 canvas squares, three 5x5 photos (she printed hers on textured cardstock), "be mine" vinyl, red polka dot ribbon, and some heavy duty adhesive (she loves QuickGrip.)
I would probably use a lil bit thicker ribbon...but that's just me. Yeah for creative people! You could also make this a permanent home decor by switching out the V-Day wording and using other vinyl sayings....

Photo Tiles

EASY photo tiles from Crafting Chicks!

{I used "Schnookums" from http://www.ggdigitaldesigns.com/.}

Here's what you need--it's really simple and makes a cute gift or decoration for your home.

**whatever size of tile you want (the ones I made were 4.5 x 4.5 inches, only like 13 cent cheapos from Home Depot)

**whatever photo or design you want (I made little mini digital layouts sized to fit a little smaller than the tile--I forgot to do exact measurements but it worked out just fine! Just go with the flow.)

**A bottle of Mod Podge (I used Matte finish but you could do glossy if it floats your boat.)

**brush

Here's how to be all crafty with Mod Podge:

I printed my photos out and trimmed them. I printed on photo paper from Costco because the photo won't smear when I put the Mod Podge on it. Then I "painted" a thin layer of Mod Podge on the tile, placed my photo where I wanted it to go, and let it dry for about 5 minutes (until it wasn't sticky). Then I did another layer of Mod Podge over the top of the photo and let it dry completely. I truly love how they turned out. :)
